The mythical creature is inspired by Simone's favourite childhood object from her family home. Simone Palmers finds beauty in imperfection, which is why all her high jewellery pieces are unique - as evidenced by the intricately handcrafted Big Fish ring. Crafted in Switzerland from 18k yellow gold, it features 40 0.43 carat diamonds and 31 0.11 carat multi-coloured pink sapphires running down the back to the fin. Fiery ruby eyes complete this work of art.
