SHIPPING
once payment is cleared it will take an estimated 6-8 weeks (sometimes longer if specified) before delivery as each SIMONE PALMERS piece available on our online shop is made to order. If you require assistance, please contact our customer service team at info@simonepalmers.com
Orders are shipped by DHL. We may sometimes use other couriers. This will depend on the customers country.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Complimentary shipping on orders for Switzerland and EU. For orders outside of Switzerland, customs duties and taxes are not included.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. SIMONE PALMERS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of SIMONE PALMERS.
Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. FedEx /DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that shipping outside of Switzerland could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.
For orders to Switzerland CHF, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) where import taxes and duties are included.
For orders placed outside of Switzerland duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
All items produced by SIMONE PALMERS, hereby referred to by name or as “we”, “us” and “our”, are carefully made by hand in our ateliers to ensure the best possible quality.
